Schedule the delivery

From the dashboard, add a schedule: the recurrence and the recipients.

Recipients receive the dashboard by email with the PDF attached. External addresses are allowed, because the board pack often goes outside the building.

Pause or edit the schedule from the dashboard; archiving a dashboard pauses its schedules with it.
Tip: One good scheduled dashboard replaces a monthly copy-paste ritual. Build the Monday pack once and let it send itself.
