One price for the whole team means nobody has to ration logins. The person who reports a hazard from the shop floor gets the same access as the manager who closes it.
Your records are yours. Every register exports to CSV and every document to PDF, on any plan, at any time.
No card at sign-up. The paid plan is £25, $25 or €25 per workspace per month, billed monthly by card. Any VAT or sales tax due is shown at checkout.
Questions people actually ask
What happens when I add a fourth person?
An administrator upgrades in Settings → Billing. It takes about a minute. From then on the whole workspace is £25 a month, however many people you add.
Who counts as a user?
Anyone with an active login in your workspace, plus invitations that have not been accepted yet. Deactivated people free up their seat, and contractor portal accounts never count.
What if a payment fails?
Nothing is locked and nobody loses access. The card is retried automatically over a few days and your billing contact is emailed. Until it is paid, you just cannot add people beyond the free three.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from Settings → Billing. The plan runs to the end of the month you have paid for, then the workspace moves to the free plan. Nothing is deleted. If you have more than three people, you have 14 days to subscribe again or choose who keeps access; after that, access beyond three is paused, never deleted, and comes back the moment you upgrade.
What does the paid plan add besides users?
Custom AI dashboards: describe the dashboard you want, refine it in conversation, export it, and schedule it to inboxes. Every other module stays on the free plan.
Do you send invoices?
Yes. Every payment produces an invoice, emailed to your billing contact with a PDF copy. Every past invoice is also in Settings → Billing.
Can I get my data out?
Always. Every register exports to CSV and every document renders to PDF, on the free plan included.
