Briefings
Say it once, know it landed
A briefing carries the message, the attachments and the documents behind it to exactly the people it concerns, with the level of engagement you choose: seen, acknowledged or signed.

What it does
Three engagement levels
Seen, acknowledged or signed, matched to how much the message binds the reader.
Targeted delivery
People, groups or sites, with the same targeting the rest of the platform uses.
Documents attached
Link library documents so the briefing carries the source, not a summary of it.
Comments and reactions
Allow discussion where it helps; keep it off where it does not. Either way, the record stays on the briefing.
Scheduling and expiry
Publish at shift start and expire when superseded. The feed stays current by itself.
Engagement dashboard
Who engaged and who is outstanding. The answer to "did everyone get the memo", literally.
Engagement is a record
A noticeboard cannot tell you who read it. This can:
- Acknowledgements and signatures recorded per person, with timestamps
- Outstanding recipients visible at a glance, chased through their own queues
- Signatures captured on glass where the message demands it
Works with
Documents
Policies, procedures and certificates in one controlled library. Versioned, visible to the right people, signed where it matters.
Actions
One board for everything that must get done, wherever it was raised and whoever owes it.
Sites, projects & teams
Your estate as a hierarchy, your people in groups, and permissions that say who can do what. Everything else is scoped to it.
